The well researched Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (translated as "forest bathing") is a framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.

January 22-24, 2021: Living With the Principles Retreat. This virtual retreat, based on the principles of Tai Chi/Qigong, is open to people of all levels of experience. It will be preceded by a free Seasonal Qi event on January 21st.
