The well researched Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (translated as "forest bathing") is a framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.

11:00am ET on Tuesdays.
Instructor is Ron Speakes, a certified by theTai Chi for Health Institute
