In today’s fast paced, technology orientated and global society, we are constantly facing health challenges never dreamed of by our ancestors. Sitting in enclosed office spaces, automobiles and planes for hours; grabbing quick bites to eat as we run from one appointment to another; juggling the demands of work and family life, all put different stresses upon our bodies. And, while there are a variety of exercises that can aid in relieving such stresses, hour for hour, tai chi is probably the most effective exercise adults can do to improve overall health and wellness and prevent falls.
We're here to help you begin learning and continue to progress to a higher level no matter what your age or physical condition.
Tai Chi in the Park - 10am the 2nd and last Saturdays of the month
In light of the ongoing group gathering restrictions, our regular last Saturday Tai Chi in the Park will be offered on Facebook on the 2nd and last Saturdays of the month. So grab your phone, tablet, computer and come play - either inside or out (remembering to social distance, please).
